One of three cities currently in attendance with the Tri-Colony Alliance, Elivaine is situated to the right of the Ibrahim River and near the Gardale Canyon. This rugged city’s primary contribution in the alliance are to provide raw materials that are mined from nearby mines. Unlike Gravidal and Thanos, Elivaine does not have any walls surrounding it. This is primarily due to the daily activity of trucks and other equipment that are moved in and out of the city and into the mines and other excavation sites. 


Like Gravidal, Elivaine’s Annex Headquarters is situated at the heart of the city, occupying a wide span of property. Because of its unique design, most of the equipment is located underneath the buildings with designated exit routes. Another interesting features are the battle rooms, which are located outside on top of the first levels of the buildings.
