Gravidal, one of three cities currently in attendance with the Tri-Colony Alliance, sits the edge of the Ibrahim River. Being one of the more technically advanced cities, Gravidal is a primary source for equipment that is shipped out to the other sister cities on a regular basis.

The city is split into four districts and three sectors.

The sectors are recognized as the following:
 

• Sector 1: The innermost ring. The upper-class and Annex military personnel reside in this area. Most convenience stores and restaurants are situated throughout the sector.
   

• Sector 2: The second outermost ring. The middle-class are mostly recognized in the area. There are several libraries and corporate buildings that are spread out along this sector. The most popular area is Namtec Park, which stretches along the border of Sectors 1 and 2.
   

• Sector 3: The outermost ring. Most of the lower-class reside in this area. There are many family-owned grocery shops and restaurants scattered around the area. Not recognized as the "slums," but known for its towering residential buildings. It is suspected that Parasite reside in some buildings, but is most concentrated in District IV.

At the heart of the city sits the Annex Headquarters. This is also the location where many of the elite politicians meet in order to enact laws as needed. The Commander of the Annex Military, Axiom, also partakes in these meetings, making decisions to better fit the needs of the people.While run as a militaristic democracy government, the majority of the decisions are first made by the elite politicians.
